Jim is an industry veteran whose breadth of experience includes being Vice President of Business Development at Kestra, Regional Director at Ameriprise, Branch Manager at Raymond James, Complex Manager at Morgan Stanley, and Associate Vice President at Merrill Lynch.

Jim has successfully identified, selected, and placed more than 200 advisors and firms over his recruitment career, but his onboarding experience goes deeper than that.  Before joining the Financial Services Industry, Jim spent nearly nine years as a Naval Aviator, Mission Commander, and Instructor Pilot in the U.S. Navy.

You’ll work with a dedicated Transition Relationship Manager who will design a plan that ensures minimal disruption to your day-to-day operations.
